Why there is no single loading quantity

Container capacity changes by model dimensions, cabin, cargo bed, battery packing, wheel removal, stacking method and assembly format. Mixed-model orders require a separate loading plan.

Confirmed OASIS examples

Current confirmed CKD figures include EC160 C: 32 units, EC180: 40 units, EC200 C: 32 units and EC205 HD-T: 30 units per 40HQ. These figures apply to the stated model and CKD packing; they should not be generalized to other models or formats.

CBU, SKD and CKD density

CBU preserves factory assembly but uses more volume. SKD removes selected modules to improve density. CKD can provide the highest packing efficiency but transfers more assembly and QC work to the importer.

How a loading plan is calculated

The factory reviews packed dimensions, stackability, weight distribution, securing points, battery treatment and unloading sequence. The order mix and destination handling equipment also matter.

Information needed for an estimate

Provide exact model numbers, quantities, batteries, assembly format, destination port and any mixed-container requirement. Ask for a packing list and model-specific plan before ordering.
